Rich was able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with our AC unit. He showed me all the problems and how he tested for different issues. He got the part ordered immediately for pickup the next morning and gave us advice on how to survive the night lol He was communicative, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. AC went out on Thursday, 07/06. Temperature in the house climbing into the 80's. Called my regular AC service provider who told me they couldn't come until Tuesday of next week!!!!!! In this heat, who could wait 5 days with no AC? Found great reviews for Richard's on Nextdoor, so I called. Michael was there within the hour. He fixed the AC, checked the system, adjusted a couple of vents, and made some recommendations about cooling two problem areas in our house. He was very personable and efficient, and the price for the repair was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to any one.

I’ve had my A/C unit serviced by others who were recommended by Nextdoor neighbors, but Richard was the most knowledgable, and reasonably priced. He spent a considerable amount of time after the repair to recheck and retest my A/C, so I would highly recommend Richard if you are looking for someone knowledgeable and dependable.

Rich and Mike, very professional very clean. They did an exceptional insulation job and cleaned up behind themselves. pricing was excellent they did everything they said they were gonna do I would definitely use them again, and I would definitely recommend using them.

Very professional and courteous. Super respectful of space and property. These guys work great as a team and had the unit swapped out and replaced in a couple hours. AC has worked perfectly ever since with absolutely no issues. There was no drama with scheduling either, he was able to fit us in, showed up on time and was done when he said. No surprises.
