This is the 3rd time Richard has come to my home to diagnose a problem. My air conditioning system had to be replaced and he completed the job today and I’m extremely pleased with his work. I have complete confidence in his ability and judgment. I definitely recommend him for air conditioning or any other home/appliance repair. Honest, responsive and reliable!

5/27/25 Had to have my AC drain line flushed because of a clog. Mike came over and took care of it. I called last evening, Memorial Day, and Mike promised to come over first thing this morning. He kept his promise and was here bright and early. Always reliable service from this company.

Of course it’s a Friday afternoon in the middle of August and my AC stopped running because of a clog. Mike came out and took care of it for me within a half hour of my phone call. Now that’s what I call service!

4/2/26 Mike and John came out today to do my six month tuneup for my AC. Called me because they were available earlier than my scheduled time and were able to come out and take care of the job so that I could continue with the rest of my day. Friendly and competent as they always are. Again, very pleased with the service I get from this company. Highly recommend them.

The communication was excellent beforehand with my questions answered.
The two technicians that installed the unit were extremely polite, knowledgeable, and hard working. They cleaned up after they finished and the whole process was exceptionally well done.

Rich was able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with our AC unit. He showed me all the problems and how he tested for different issues. He got the part ordered immediately for pickup the next morning and gave us advice on how to survive the night lol He was communicative, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try and rip us off or charge us for things we didn't need or he didn't do. Call Rich for all your AC and Appliance needs. You won't be disappointed!!!

AC went out on Thursday, 07/06. Temperature in the house climbing into the 80's. Called my regular AC service provider who told me they couldn't come until Tuesday of next week!!!!!! In this heat, who could wait 5 days with no AC? Found great reviews for Richard's on Nextdoor, so I called. Michael was there within the hour. He fixed the AC, checked the system, adjusted a couple of vents, and made some recommendations about cooling two problem areas in our house. He was very personable and efficient, and the price for the repair was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to any one.
