Rich was able to come out the same day and figure out what was wrong with our AC unit. He showed me all the problems and how he tested for different issues. He got the part ordered immediately for pickup the next morning and gave us advice on how to survive the night lol He was communicative, reliable, knowledgeable and honest. AC went out on Thursday, 07/06. Temperature in the house climbing into the 80's. Called my regular AC service provider who told me they couldn't come until Tuesday of next week!!!!!! In this heat, who could wait 5 days with no AC? Found great reviews for Richard's on Nextdoor, so I called. Michael was there within the hour. He fixed the AC, checked the system, adjusted a couple of vents, and made some recommendations about cooling two problem areas in our house. He was very personable and efficient, and the price for the repair was reasonable. Would not hesitate to use them again, or to recommend them to any one.

I’ve had my A/C unit serviced by others who were recommended by Nextdoor neighbors, but Richard was the most knowledgable, and reasonably priced. He spent a considerable amount of time after the repair to recheck and retest my A/C, so I would highly recommend Richard if you are looking for someone knowledgeable and dependable.
